Neil Thomson, M&AMI
Mr. Thomson graduated from BCIT in Computer Science and the University of Calgary's Business Administration faculty. He holds the highest designation in the industry of Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) by the M&A Source and also holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Brokers Association – IBBA. He is a licensed BC Managing Broker for Trading Services, and a member of Gallagher's Canyon Golf and Country Club.

Addison Bazian, Bcom
Addison joins ETWC as a Partner, bringing with him extensive experience from his role as Head of Client Services, North America, Canid Inc., a leading health technology software based in New York City.
Addison will focus on sell-side M&A transactions, specializing in founder-owned companies within the fintech and healthcare services sectors. His expertise will help business owners successfully navigate the complexities of exiting their businesses.
Addison’s entrepreneurial journey, including the successful sale of multiple businesses, has given him a unique perspective on M&A transactions. A graduate of the University of Victoria’s Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, with a major in Entrepreneurship, Addison is also working toward his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) and M&AMI (Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary) designations.
Outside of work, Addison is passionate about running, hiking, and waterskiing.

Rob Shouldice, CPA (Candidate)
Rob joins ETWC as a Partner after spending nearly a decade as an entrepreneur and most recently as Manager of Financial Operations, North America, Canid Inc., a leading health tech software business located in New York City.
Rob will focus on sell-side M&A transactions in Western Canada for founder owned companies in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, and is dedicated to helping like-minded business owners navigate a seamless exit.
With extensive firsthand experience in building and selling multiple businesses, Rob has a deep, nuanced understanding of the mergers and acquisitions process. As a CPA Candidate, Rob brings a strong financial background which complements his operational expertise.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys golfing, running, and cycling, which helps him maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.
