ETWC is a specialized M&A Advisor for the private lower middle market. We were formed in 2009 with the objective of providing M&A services to the regional marketplaces in Western Canada. ETWC looks for every opportunity to work with exceptional companies that have a Cash Flow (EBITDA) range of $500K to $10MM. We focus predominately on the manufacturing and wholesale distribution sectors, however we do work with businesses in other sectors. We generally avoid franchises and severely distressed companies.
We primarily sell privately owned, mid-market companies to a global market of strategic buyers.

Neil Thomson M&AMI
Mr. Thomson graduated from BCIT in Computer Science and the University of Calgary's Business Administration faculty. He holds the highest designation in the industry of Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) by the M&A Source and also holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Brokers Association – IBBA. He is a licensed BC Managing Broker for Trading Services, and a member of Gallagher's Canyon Golf and Country Club.
